By engaging SABQ Digital Agency ("SABQ", "we", "us") for any services, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Services

SABQ provides digital marketing services including but not limited to social media management, SEO, paid advertising, web design, email marketing, branding, video editing, copywriting, and data analytics. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon individually for each project via proposal or contract.

Payment Terms

• A 50% advance payment is required before work begins on any project
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per agreed milestones
• Monthly retainer services are billed in advance at the start of each month
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods
• Late payments may attract a delay fee of 2% per month

Client Responsibilities

• Providing timely access to required accounts, assets, and information
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines
• Ensuring all provided content is legally owned or licensed by the client
• Communicating project changes promptly to avoid delays

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all creative work produced specifically for your project (logos, copy, designs, etc.) becomes your property. SABQ retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

SABQ treats all client information, business data, and strategies as strictly confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without explicit consent.

Results Disclaimer

While SABQ works diligently to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in areas outside our control (e.g., Google algorithm changes, platform policy updates, market conditions). We commit to best practices, continuous optimization, and transparent reporting.

Termination

Either party may terminate a monthly retainer agreement with 30 days written notice. Project agreements may be terminated with mutual consent. Advance payments for work already completed are non-refundable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Thrissur, Kerala.
